INCLUD Seminar and safer space principles

In the seminar and on the online training platform, we commit to openness, curiosity and sharing. Our goal is to reach a state where participation and expressing your point of view or idea is risk-free and safe. The realization of psychological safety is a value to which the project is committed. 

To build the psychological safe atmosphere and working environment, we strive for the principles of a safer space through committing to the following in the Seminar:

• We do not tolerate discrimination in any form. 
• We avoid norm-based talk and making assumptions. 
• Our Seminar is physically and atmospherically accessible.
• In the Seminar we listen with interest and respect, we give space. 
• Everyone can attend the seminar on their own terms. 
  • You can participate quietly and take breaks. 
  • You can leave the room and enter the space in the middle of the program. 
  • Be mindful of others at all times.
• We allow each person to express their point of view. 
• We do not rely on a position to strengthen our message; we give everyone equal respect. 
• We give space to ask questions and clarify things. 

We give everyone the right to define themselves and their limits.
