At the INCLUD Seminar Fine5 Dance Theatre founding members Tiina Ollesk and René Nõmmik share their Estonian perspective on moving towards more inclusive practices in the field of professional dance. Their experience is shared in a talk and a movement workshop.

Their Inclusive Dance Workshop concentrates on creating a connection through gentle exercises and somatic awareness and working with the movement dynamics. For them it is important to encourage and involve different target groups through dance art and creativity.
